If you’re ready to take somatic resourcing and spirituality to the next level, I offer private coaching sessions where I blend my back ground in movement with trauma-informed psychology to support your goals. We’ll work together to create a personalized coaching program based on your needs. My coaching programs are offered in pre-paid packages (sessions are 60 minutes, online via Zoom):
Micro: 1 session at $200

Medial: 3 sessions at $600

Mentor Ship Packages
Once we’ve worked together through 1x1 coaching, you might want some accountability. I offer mentorship packages to folks who no longer need the full coaching but want support within their somatic resourcing and spiritual practice. I also offer mentorship packages to those looking to learn specific skills, such as tarot/oracle reading and energy work. We’ll collaborate to create the mentorship package that meets your needs. I offer these packages in pre-paid bundles (personalized homework and support delivered through 20-30 minute-long video recordings made just for you based on your goals):
