At a certain point, you realize life requires more than the endless pursuit of happiness or the attainment of goals. It requires deeper meaning and purpose. It requires YOUR magic and return to something bigger, more connected.
This is the work of becoming and discovering, through sustained practice, who you actually are in creative expression and body-based spiritually. This is where the performing, overriding, and holding-it-together finally get to rest. This is where the body, psyche, and soul begin moving in the same direction for personal growth.
This is what the R of R apprenticeship teaches.
WHAT IS SOMATIC Apprenticeship?
Somatic apprenticeship is one-on-one work, guided by the Rhythms of Resource system and grounded in two decades of somatic, psychological, and spiritual practice.
It is a teaching/learning container for the kind of becoming that requires more than a goal and a plan. It requires presence, practice, and a teacher who has walked the path where the body's intelligence leads the way.
Sessions weave together:
Somatic expression and body-based mindfulness
Exploration of life’s five thresholds and their resources
Movement and embodiment practices for creativity
Reflective dialogue and deep listening
Tarot/Oracle work and spiritual inquiry
This is a process of genuine transformation and personal growth. You’ll be guided along a journey back yourself and beyond.
Somatic apprenticeship is for people who:
Have done significant inner work and are ready for a different depth of engagement with themselves.
Are drawn to the Rhythms of Resource framework and want to explore it fully, with guidance.
Feel a gap between what they know intellectually and how they actually live. They are ready to close it through embodied practice.
Are healers, therapists, teachers, or guides who want to bring somatic resourcing into their own lives and work.
Are at a crossroads, such as a life transition, creative threshold, or moment of becoming and want learning that meets their spiritual goals.
Are spiritually curious and want a practice that honors both the psychological and the sacred without collapsing one into the other.

Somatic apprenticeship is offered in packages rather than single sessions, because genuine growth requires sustained engagement and learning over time.
We begin with a deep dive conversation, exploring where you are, what you're longing for, and what the Rhythms of Resource might open for you specifically.
From there, sessions are held bi-weekly or monthly depending on the depth and pace that serves you best. Each session is approximately 50-60 minutes, held via Zoom or in person in Marin County for local learners.
Between sessions, you will have practices, inquiries, and oracle work to engage with, bringing the framework into the texture of your daily life, not just the container of our time together.
INVESTMENT
Somatic apprenticeship is offered in three-month and six-month containers. Pricing is available upon inquiry and is reflective of the expertise and learning this work requires.
A NOTE ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN Apprenticeship AND THERAPY
I am a licensed psychotherapist in California, but somatic apprenticeship is separate from my clinical practice and is not therapy. My teaching work focuses strictly on spiritual development, card reading skills, and creative movement education. If you are navigating active trauma, a mental health crisis, or symptoms that require clinical intervention, therapy is the appropriate and necessary step. If you live in California, you may inquire about my separate clinical therapy practice. If you live elsewhere, please seek a qualified clinician licensed in your area. I take the difference between teaching and therapy very seriously. We will review and sign a non-therapy agreement before moving forward.
